Beowulf Project Resources

ABC-CLIO Daily Life Through History
This database provides information about all aspects of daily life in different cultures from Ancient to Modern times. Ask at the library or  email Mrs. Lofton for the username and password.

EBSCO High School eBook Collection
Includes approximately 5,100 ebooks on a wide range of topics. We have this resource available until the end of May as a free trial. Ask at the library or email Mrs. Lofton for the Username and Password.

Gale Virtual Reference Library (GVRL) from the L.A. County Public Library
This database of ebooks is available to students through the Los Angeles County library system and includes many useful reference books in electronic form. Use the barcode number on the back of your Manhattan Beach Public Library Card to login. If you don't have your own library card, you can use the MCHS ID #. Ask at the library or email Mrs. Lofton for the ID #.
